These terms apply to appointments with Sol Magic Mobile Spray Tanning (“Sol Magic,” “we”). By booking, you agree to them. If something here is unclear, ask before your appointment.

Booking and confirmation

A request sent through this website is not a confirmed appointment. Your appointment is confirmed when we reply with the date, time, service, and total, including any travel fee.

Pricing and travel

Prices are listed on our services page. Travel fees are set by zone and charged per stop, as shown on our service area page. Duo and group pricing apply only when everyone is at the same address in one visit and the minimum number of people is met. If parking, tolls, or access will add a cost, we tell you before confirming.

If fewer people are present than booked for group pricing, we may adjust the total to the applicable pricing.

Cancellations and changes

Because we travel to you and hold the time for you, please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Our current cancellation terms are included in your appointment confirmation.

Your space and safety

• You’re responsible for having permission to host the appointment at the location, including hotels and venues.
• Please provide a safe, reasonably clear space and let us know about pets, access, or parking in advance.
• Tell us about any allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions before we begin. If you’re unsure whether a spray tan is right for you, check with your doctor first.
• We may decline or stop an appointment if we feel it isn’t safe or appropriate to continue.

Results

Spray tan results vary with skin type, prep, aftercare, and the products you use afterward. We’ll match your shade as closely as we can and give you clear instructions, but we can’t guarantee exact color, development, or how long a tan lasts. A spray tan is cosmetic and is not sunscreen: it gives no UV protection.

Fabrics and surfaces

We protect the area we work in. Until your first rinse, guide color can transfer to clothing, bedding, and furniture, so follow the aftercare instructions to avoid marks.
