This policy explains what information Sol Magic Mobile Spray Tanning (“Sol Magic,” “we”) collects through this website and when you book an appointment, and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you send a booking request, we receive what you type into the form:
- Your name, email address, and mobile number
- The service you’re interested in, how many people, and your preferred dates and times
- Your ZIP code and, if you choose, a hotel name or general location, so we can confirm your travel zone
- Anything you add in the notes field
- If you arrived from an ad or campaign link, the campaign tags in that link (for example, utm_source)
We ask for your full street address only after we’ve confirmed your appointment, and only so we can get to you. Please don’t include health information in the form beyond what we need to know to tan you safely, such as an allergy you want us to be aware of.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, schedule your appointment, and confirm your total
- To send appointment details, prep, and aftercare information
- To understand which pages and campaigns lead to bookings
We don’t sell your information or share it for others’ marketing.
Service providers
Booking requests are delivered to us through a form-processing service once online requests are connected. Payments, if taken online, are handled by the payment provider; we don’t see or store full card numbers.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.
If you arrive from a campaign link, the campaign tags are kept in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab, so they can be attached to a booking request. No cookie is set for this.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and appointment records as long as needed to serve you and for normal business and tax records. Requests that don’t become appointments are deleted within 12 months.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by replying to any message from us.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
