Sol Magic serves Denver, Colorado and approved surrounding areas. Travel is included in our core zone, and farther stops have a flat, published fee.
Travel zones
How travel fees work
Travel is included up to about 10 road miles and 20 minutes from our starting point. Zone 2 (up to 15 miles and 30 minutes) adds $25 per stop. Zone 3 (up to 20 miles and 40 minutes) adds $50 per stop. Farther is a custom quote.

- Zones are based on road miles and typical drive time. Both limits must be met — a short distance with a long drive moves to the next zone.
- Travel fees are per stop. Everyone at one address shares a single fee.
- Paid parking, tolls, gate codes, or unusual access should be shared when you book. Some may add a cost, and we’ll tell you before confirming.
- Your exact zone is confirmed with your booking. We don’t publish our starting address.

Is my address in the service area?
If you’re in or near Denver, probably. Send your ZIP code (or the hotel name) with your request and we’ll confirm your zone and travel fee before your booking is final.
We use both distance and drive time because Denver traffic doesn’t always match the map. Two addresses the same distance away can land in different zones.
Denver first
We serve the City and County of Denver and nearby areas that fit within our travel zones. Your exact zone depends on your address, so we confirm it with every request rather than publishing a list of places we might reach.

Parking, access, and things to mention

Parking
Tell us if parking is paid, permit-only, or valet-only. Some parking costs may be added to your total, and we’ll tell you before confirming.

Gate codes, front-desk check-in, elevators, or long walks with equipment: let us know so we arrive on time.

If the only practical route includes tolls or your address is past Zone 3, we’ll quote it individually.
We’re a mobile, service-area business. We don’t publish our starting address, and we don’t take walk-in clients.
